When Is the Date?! Why Can’t You Just Drop the Date?
Follow our IG for updates. Once you have your crew, register one person as the Squad Leader. Squad Leaders who registered the previous year will get early access to the date.
How Do I Get on a Boat?
A.) Start your own crew. B.) Join an existing crew.
I Have My Crew—What Are the Next Steps?
1. Elect a Squad Leader. 2. Have the Squad Leader register and create a profile on the website. 3. Lock in your boat and captain. 4. Attend the briefing call WITH your captain.
Can I Order Food/Drinks on the Water? How Do I Prepare?
Picture this as floating 'glamping.' **BYOB** food & drinks for your whole crew. Don’t forget essentials like water, ice, sunscreen, towels, cups, and plates. Or, you can hire **Dockside Delivery** to handle this for you.
Is It Safe?
Attend at your own risk. Ensure you have an experienced captain who follows all safety procedures. Be cautious—you are on a **large** body of water. **Safety is IMPORTANT.**
My Charter Said They Don't Need to Attend the Call or Register.
Everyone **must** attend the call and register. This is for your safety. You need to ensure they understand the plan on the water, the rules for tying up, and that they have the proper equipment. If they refuse, book at your own risk. **We will not let you tie up,** but you are free to be out on the water.
Can I Use a Travel Agency or Group to Handle This?
At your own risk. We are not associated with any travel groups or companies.
Can I Book a Boat Through You?
We provide a marketplace for you to connect with charter companies and captains. We allow them to list for your convenience, but **we do not vouch for or take responsibility for any third-party transactions.**
Can I Just Register and Attend?
No. You need to book a boat and a captain first. See above.
Registration for the Water Is Closed—Can I Register Late?
If registration is closed, that means we are out of flags and cannot register more people.
What Is the Difference Between AM / PM / All Day?
When you charter a boat, it is done in **four-hour** blocks. Each time block will “link” or connect with other boats in the same time slot. If you have multiple boats, **it’s best to keep them all within the same time block.**
I'm Solo how do I join!!
Link Up! For sunday we suggest meeting people on our IG or joining the GroupMe. You can always purchase individual tickets to the land events
Its Raining / My Flight Was Delayed / I missed the Bus, etc. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no refunds on any of the events for any reason. We have to pay our staff / venues etc regardless :(.
